Welcome to Stay Hatch. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Stay Hatch website and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

Stay Hatch is a hotel booking platform operated by Riddhi Enterprises ("we", "us", "our"), based in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India. We connect customers with hotels across Jharkhand and nearby regions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using Stay Hatch, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms
• All information you provide is accurate and complete

3. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are made through the Stay Hatch platform
• Payments are made to Stay Hatch, not directly to the hotel
• We charge a 15% commission on each booking
• Hotel partners receive weekly payouts (every Monday)
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes
• A booking is only confirmed after receiving confirmation from the hotel partner

4. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in Time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
• Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability
• Guests must carry a valid government-issued ID proof

5. Identification Requirements

At the time of check-in, all guests must present one of the following valid ID proofs:

• Aadhaar Card
• Voter ID Card
• Driving License
• Passport

Failure to provide valid ID may result in denial of check-in without refund.

6. Guest Responsibilities

• Follow all hotel rules and regulations
• Do not engage in illegal activities on hotel premises
• Respect hotel property and other guests
• Report any damages caused during your stay
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property

7. Hotel Partner Obligations

• Maintain room availability as listed
• Honor the booking price confirmed on Stay Hatch
• Not charge guests extra for services included in the booking
• Provide accurate photos and descriptions of the property

8. Last Minute Deals

• Last Minute Deals are valid for 1 night only
• Deal bookings are non-refundable under all circumstances
• Deals are subject to room availability
• Stay Hatch reserves the right to modify or end deals without notice

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Making fake or fraudulent bookings
• Posting fake reviews or ratings
• Scraping or automated access to the website
• Reselling bookings without authorization
• Using the platform for illegal purposes

10. Limitation of Liability

• Stay Hatch is a booking platform only — we do not own or operate any hotel
• We are not responsible for the quality of service provided by hotels
• We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage during your stay
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking
• We are not liable for issues caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)

11. Cancellation & Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

12. Privacy

Your data is handled as per our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
